Quaker Oatmeal Squares Review

Starting your morning with a well balanced breakfast sets the tone of the entire day. When your body is well nourished, you just feel better. Breakfast is especially important for children, their growing bodies need fuel in the morning.

Quaker Oatmeal Squares are perfect for breakfast because they provide 96% of the minimum whole grain requirements! As you know, diets rich in whole grains are said to significantly reduce cholesterol.  Quaker Oatmeal Squares are also "a good source of fiber and calcium," making the the perfect addition to your regular diet.

You know one of the great things about Quaker Oatmeal Squares?  According my sister, they don't get soggy very quickly.  That means you can take your time and savor each square. They taste great with fruit, especially bananas and strawberries. My family even enjoyed them dry, with no milk at all; they'd be a great addition to your favorite trail mix.

If sweet cereal is your preference you'll have to pass on this one. Quaker Oatmeal Squares have a touch of sweetness, but not at all overwhelming, but just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Quaker Oatmeal Squares come in three different flavors:
  1. Brown Sugar
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Golden Maple
Find Quaker Oatmeal Squares on the cereal aisle in your local store. Give Quaker the thumbs up on Facebook and chime in on the conversation about this great tasting cereal!

This is not a paid post. I received a free box of Quaker Oatmeal Squares from BzzAgent to help facilitate this review. All views expressed are the opinion of Just Say I Told You So.
