You may have noticed that cereal is a popular topic here at JSITYS, well that's because I truly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Cliche I know, but I'm serious. Imagine fueling up in the morning, in a healthy tasty way, intrigued?

  33. A sneaky way I add fiber is by using Splenda with Fiber to make things like Sweet Tea, Kool Aid, oatmeal...etc.
